The Centa1 Med Kits Blue Force Gear Trauma Kit NOW! - SMALL, with 12-piece TFAK Kit (Trauma First Aid Kit) is the newest med kit from Blue Force Gear. Designed in response to customers who loved the features and design of the TKN-MEDIUM but needed a smaller pouch. This MOLLE medical pouch is 30% smaller than the TKN-MEDIUM. The TKN-SMALL utilizes the single-motion pull out the top design of the original TKN but in the familiar size and format of a Double / Triple (stacked) M4 magazine pouch.  This newer, smaller med pouch is supplied with the Centa1 Med Kits Standard 12-Piece TFAK Supplies including:


1. Choice of NAR CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet) Gen-7 Tourniquet, SAM XT Extremity Tourniquet or the TACMED Solutions GEN-5 SOF (Special Operations Forces) Tactical Tourniquet. (Comes with a Commercial Grade Tourniquet Holder Attached to Pouch).
2. QuikClot Bleeding Control Dressing Z-Fold Gauze (3"x4 yards).
